Thank you for shopping with Moving Crowns! We’re committed to delivering your crown-worthy headwraps in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy below:

📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

🌍 International Orders

  • We ship worldwide! International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

❗ Shipping Delays

Moving Crowns is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions or holidays

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Please wait 24 hours in case it's still in transit

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact us at [your email address] if it still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours

Return & Exchange Policy – Moving Crowns

At Moving Crowns, we take pride in the quality and care behind each headwrap we create. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

 

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (including tags or wrapping, if applicable).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at returns@movingcrowns.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We offer free exchanges on items of equal value within 14 days.

  • Email us at returns@movingcrowns.com to start the exchange process.

  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship the new one at no additional cost.

 

❗ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Wraps that have been worn or altered
